Hello.... Monday again! Here are photos that I took about water transportation at Sumatera river. People who lived in the banks of the river using boats for daily activities.

Lumpia Recipe

Some people call it "lumpia", and some people call it "lonpia". Lumpia is Indonesian traditional food, mainly in Semarang city. It is vegetable covered with dough, dip in miso sauce.

Ingredients for the wrap:
150 gr all-purpose flour
80 gr rice flour
2 eggs, beat with a fork
400 ml of water
Salt

Following And To Be Followed, Social Media Tools

When we are following someone’s social media, do we wish to be followed by her? Sometimes i do. But, often I just want to following without being followed, especially if their social media supply me with good information that I need. Otherwise, if someone is following me and her social media doesn’t match with my needs or idealisms, I will not following her. For example, he or she often share about cruelty, pornography, or any contents that are not in my niche.

Fried Cassava Recipe

Fried cassava is a simple snack I like to eat, it tastes savory, crisp outside and tenders inside. Easy to make. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 kg cassava
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon garlic powder
Water to boil the cassava
Cooking oil to fried

Cake With Cheese And Plum Recipe

This cake is my family's favorite. Plums inside and cheese outside. When I baked this, it didn't take a long time to saw the cake disappear! Here is the recipe:

Ingredients A:
3 eggs
80 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon emulsifier
A little salt

Ingredients B:
110 gr all-purpose flour
40 gr milk powder
30 gr cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Ingredients C:
50 gr butter, melted
100 gr vegetable oil

Ingredients D:
About 10 dried plums

Ingredients E:
Unsalted butter
Grated cheese

Indonesian Talam Ebi Recipe

Hello! I want to show you one famous food from my country, it is called "Talam Ebi". Talam (the white part of the cake at the picturfe) is made from flour, and ebi is made of shrimp.
